Watch this video on an easy way to keep yourself organized and have access to all your customer info for follow up, scheduling shares, and scheduling second appointments, etc.
What you need to stay organized with your customers:
-spiral notebook (one per quarter, 4 for the year)
What I do once a week to keep my customers organized...
1. Gather all profile cards from previous week, staple receipts to the backs of purchasing customers
2. Write referral names/numbers down in a referral notebook OR on an excel spreadsheet
3. Log new skincare customers on tracking sheet
4. Log all faces on faces monthly tracking sheet
5. Write down faces detailed info on notebook pages (2 faces per page)
6. Enter Preferred Customers into MyCustomers on inTouch
7. File profile cards away
